Chefchaouen to Meknes

It is 200 km by road, and a private transfer is about 3h of actual driving via Ouezzane, before you stop to look at anything or stretch your legs. On the longer runs we plan rest stops in, and we never hurry a mountain pass — the Rif roads taught us that.

One agreed price, everything in: $180 for a sedan (1–3 guests), $235 for a 4x4 (up to 6), and $260 for a minivan (up to 7). Fuel, tolls, your driver and bottled water are all covered — settle it in cash on the day or by transfer beforehand, whichever suits you.

Of course — pausing wherever you like is exactly why a private car beats the train or a shared shuttle. Along this route we can break at Ouezzane and at any viewpoint that catches your eye. Want a proper guided stop? We will simply quote it as a day tour instead.

No train of any use runs this way, so a private car — a 4x4 where the surface turns rough — is the comfortable way to do it: door to door, stopping wherever the mountains tempt you.
